With 8,000+ agencies across the UK and Ireland, standing out takes more than awards. Vroom Digital had the credibility, but their website wasn’t fully converting it.
What I did
Starting with user and market research, I defined a clear hierarchy of priorities - with conversion as the primary goal. From this, I restructured the site architecture and simplified navigation to bring key services front and centre, supported by clear, consistent CTAs.
Secondary content was intentionally deprioritised into dropdown navigation - creating a clear distinction between core conversion paths and supporting content, resulting in a more focused, high-performing user journey.
Visually, I designed a bold, modern UI that extended the brand into a digital-first experience. Through typography, motion, and interaction, the site communicates confidence and clarity. Prototyping and animation helped refine the experience early and align stakeholders.
From a delivery perspective, I designed with development in mind from the outset, structuring layouts as reusable components with built-in flexibility. By introducing subtle variations within a consistent system, the design allowed for both scalability in the CMS and efficiency in build. Close collaboration with developers throughout ensured alignment and avoided scope drift.

Impact
The new site repositioned Vroom as a credible, high-performing challenger in a saturated space, and delivered measurable results:
+34% increase in client acquisition
Stronger brand perception and trust
A scalable platform built for growth

Additional assets
Along side the marketing website we also created a suite of digital assets to help the team activate the brand. A fully accessible pitch deck was designed to work as a crucial coherent touch point within the client onboarding process.
